What do I need in order to use the templates for my site?
- You will need some basic experience working with html files.
- In order to add your company logo to the logo image, you will need a graphics program which can open .jpg images and add text. Fortunately, most computers already have a basic graphics program installed (ie Microsoft Paint, etc).
Do I need special software to use these templates?
No. Because our templates are hand-coded in html, you can easily edit them using Windows Notepad or any other plain text editor. But you can edit the templates in any software program capable of importing html files. You can also add your logo to the supplied images using Windows Paint or any other software program capable of editing .jpg or .gif images.
What is included with a template?
Each template comes with an html file, a cascading style sheet (CSS, which controls font colors, etc), and images (in uncompressed .jpg or .gif format).
What are uncompressed images?
Images are provided in uncompressed format to ensure that you receive the highest quality.
What is your refund policy?
Our refund policy is standard for all digital media products. Once you have taken delivery of your template (via download, email delivery, or installation), no refunds are available.
Are there any template usage restrictions?
You May
- Create a website with unlimited pages, and modify the images to suit your needs.
You May Not
- Resell the template, or share it with others.
- Claim copyright to the template, in its original or modified form.

Do you provide the PSD files?
No. The majority of our clients do not have Adobe Photoshop, which is needed to work with PSD files. All the included images are either in uncompressed .jpg or .gif format and ready for immediate use.
Can these templates be integrated into script such as shopping carts, forums, etc?
Yes, if the script you are using allows you to add html templates, skins or wrappers. Your software tech suppport should be able to provide this information. You will need to know how to add the template yourself, or you can contact us for a quote to perform the template integration for you.
Will the template include scripts for searches or member login, etc?
No, all forms on the templates for searches, login, or newsletter subscription are there for example only and are inactive.
I've completed my order but don't see a link to download.
All orders are manually activated after verification. This usually occurs within one to twenty four hours following completion of payment. Manual verification is a necessary precaution that has been instituted to verify the validity of each order.
Where can I find additional images to use on my website?
I'm new to website design and html. Is there someone I can call to walk me through the steps to get my site published using a template?
We are happy to assist you with any problem you may be experiencing that is directly related to the template and/or its coding. All support is provided via email. However, support for learning basic website development is not available. But many great tutorials are available online through Google search.
